Good Neighbour Care are able to provide both short term care; for instance, returning home from hospital and full-time care which can enable you to receive the support you need to remain in the comfort of your own home.

Our Home Care services help you to live in your own home and stay independent. We tailor your care plan to suit your lifestyle.

We understand that the decision to take on a care package is a difficult one and will do our best to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible in your own home and with the services you receive from us. We specialize in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our care givers will provide an individualized service that you can trust.

How we work: After your first enquiry, we will agree with you a suitable date to visit you at home for an assessment. At this visit, we will discuss with you and find out exactly how you would like us to support you. This meeting will also enable us to establish the most suitable care staff who will support you. Following the assessment, if you are happy to use our service, you can then tell us when you will want the care service to start.

We will listen to you at all times. Your opinion and contributions matter to us. You may not have decided just yet whether or not you require a care package. You can always talk to us for support in making this decision. We may be able to help you explore other available support options within the community if we find that you are not ready to start receiving care services.
